I never in my life thought I would see and feel temperatures like we have had this past week. I know folks north of Calgary had it even worse. These are in Celisus and without the windchill which drops it even lower. We have all managed to get by. Now we are suppose be above 0*C tomorrow. We had a few nights of cuddling under quilts as we watched TV and a few more were added to beds as well. See I knew all the quilting would come in handy. Can't keep warm with scrapbooking!!!
You see, that's why I make quilts, haha! It's freezing here too, -5.
ReplyDeleteStay under your quilt, girl! It's the best you can do!
ReplyDeleteWOW -27 C brrrr thats cold! I wont complain about our -6 C here in Germany anymore. Stay in and cuddle up ;-)
ReplyDeletedriving on square tires is no fun. I can handle one or two days of the extreme cold, but this has been ridiculous. And now...jumping up to 0?? It can't be good for the body.
ReplyDeleteStay warm.... :-)
I can't wait for tomorrow when we get some more normal temp's up here in northern Alberta! I have been hibernating for a week and am so looking forward to getting out more and finishing up all my last minute errands for Christmas without having to wear my PARKA!!! :)
ReplyDeleteCold indeed!
ReplyDeleteIt’s beginning to look a lot like a Northern Hemisphere country overhere, covered in a package of snow!
